The Empowered Martial Arts curriculum provides a great way for adults to stay in shape. It won’t become dull or routine because as soon as you get better and continue learning, there are always more challenges ahead to keep you inspired and coming back for more!

We teach a unique blend of the martial art forms of Karate and Taekwondo. We use modern self-defense techniques along with values and methods that have been taught in the martial arts for centuries.

Fitness Kickboxing


Ages: 18+

Our workout utilizes the fundamentals of a true boxer's workout - including proper heave bag training - to strengthen and tone your arms, legs, back, core, stamina, and confidence. 

We use high-intensity interval training to burn tons of calories, get the best shape of our lives, and most importantly having FUN! You'll learn boxing moves and proper kicking techniques, all in a clean safe environment.
